How much is Bin Club?

Can you put my bins out in the morning, or is it always the night before?

Whatever you'd prefer! If you have raccoon issues, we recommend the morning of to help avoid their curiosity.

What if my bins are hard to get to?

Whether their stored in an alley, garage, or backyard, we can help.

How do I book service?

Visit our booking page and fill out the form. We'll then contact you and get your details and payment info.

Is my address in your service area?

We're currently serving the Toronto area. Once you tell us your address, we'll confirm availability before starting service.

How do I pay?

We'll send you a link that allows you to subscribe with your credit card - set it and forget it! We offer weekly subscriptions and annual subscriptions at a 10% discount.

What time will Bin Club come to my home to bring my bins out?

Bin Club will ensure that your bins are on the curb by the 7am City of Toronto request. Depending on the area, we will either be on site between 8pm-11pm or between 4am and 7am.

What is the Bin Club cancellation policy?

Bin club requires 14 days notice for cancelling weekly service, and 30 days notice for annual service.

I am really worried about COVID-19, how does Bin Club sanitize the bins?

Bin Club takes Covid-19 seriously. All staff are in PPE with a mask and gloves for every pick-up. Bin Club will sanitize both the front and back handle to ensure cleanliness upon bin return.

I am going on vacation, can I pause my subscription?

Yes, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist you.

Does Bin Club have a referral discount?

Refer a neighbour and receive a 10% discount on your next service (one time discount only).

What happens if Bin Club misses my garbage day?

Bin Club guarantees that this will not occur. We are so sure that we will take your garbage away ourselves if this ever happens.
